English Language School in Naas – near Dublin
Our partner language school, the Avanti Language Institute in Naas, County Kildare, is a small, personalised language school that specialises primarily in teaching English to international students. The school was founded in 2010 and is accredited by ACELS, a quality standard set by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), for English language teaching. It is also a member of English Education Ireland (EEI).
📍 Location
Our partner language school is situated right on South Main Street in the centre of Naas. Naas is a town in County Kildare and, according to the school, combines a rather rural setting with proximity to Dublin. Dublin and Dublin Airport are approximately 30 minutes away; bus services stop right outside the school.
Map of Naas, Ireland
The Irish capital, Dublin, is not far from Naas. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle whilst still being close to the Irish capital, Naas is the perfect place for you. The town is easily and quickly accessible by plane, with many direct flights from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including with the Irish airline Aer Lingus, Lufthansa and, of course, Ryanair.
By the way, if you’d rather drive to Ireland in your own car, that’s no problem! As well as the ferries between England and Ireland, there are two routes from Cherbourg and Roscoff in France directly to Rosslare in Ireland.

Images Impressions of Naas near Dublin, Ireland
Impressions of Naas near Dublin, Ireland
There are many reasons to visit Ireland: the hospitable people and cosy pubs, but also the many Celtic artefacts and remnants of times gone by. And, very importantly, Ireland is considered one of the most family-friendly countries in Europe.
Children and culture: a rare combination – unless you’re in Dublin, Europe’s most family-friendly capital, which is always well worth a trip from Naas.
Naas offers a wide range of options for families. There’s no shortage of history and nature here, all in a safe environment.
If you’re heading to Dublin, a visit to Dublin Zoo is well worth it. With its diverse range of animal species, the zoo is one of the best-known in Europe. The National Botanic Garden is an attractive destination in Dublin for letting off steam, marvelling at nature and, in particular, for plant lovers.
My personal recommendation if you’re ever heading to Dublin is the EPIC Museum – an absolute highlight, even for children. This interactive museum doesn’t follow the ‘Please don’t touch’ approach, but rather the exact opposite: ‘Please touch, try things out and be amazed’.
The EPIC Museum explores the history of Irish emigration and is situated right in the centre of Dublin.
