You can reach Boquete via Panama City. There are direct flights to Panama City with Condor (not available all year round), and there are also flights with KLM via Amsterdam, so Panama is easy to reach. From Panama City, the most convenient option is a flight to David, near Boquete. However, it’s cheaper to take the bus, though you’ll need to allow around 8 hours for the journey.
Boquete lies at an altitude of 1,200 metres and is ideal for hiking; this ‘mountain village’, with its neighbouring volcano, is a paradise for nature lovers and one of the top coffee-growing regions. Whether it’s white-water rafting or hot springs, you certainly won’t get bored!
