French Language Camp for Schoolchildren in Montpellier, France
Our modern easy language camp is situated right in the heart of Montpellier’s old town, just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s fantastic sights.
Your lessons at our easy language camp klf Montpellier for young people aged 12 and over take place in a private college. This is used exclusively by our easy language school during the summer. The 10 classrooms here are bathed in natural light and offer a lovely learning atmosphere with state-of-the-art facilities. During breaks, there’s a lovely outdoor area where you can relax with your new friends. The school’s own canteen rounds off the facilities on offer. Our experienced and international team of teachers are, of course, very helpful and look forward to meeting you.

The university city of Montpellier is situated about 10 km inland from the French Mediterranean coast, on the River Lez. You can easily reach the beautiful, wide sandy beaches by public transport. From Montpellier, it is just under 170 km to Marseille and 250 km to the Spanish border. Our easy language camp is centrally located in the old town. Montpellier Airport is just over a 10-minute drive from the city centre and has good connections to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, for example from Basel, Frankfurt or Düsseldorf. There are also excellent TGV high-speed train connections via Paris to Montpellier.
Endless sandy beaches, action-packed fun, and young people from all over the world – that’s what Montpellier has to offer. Leisure activities and excursions are already included in our student programmes.
These include, for example, trips to La Grotte de Clamouse or Lac du Crès. A fun and interesting city treasure hunt through Montpellier’s fascinating old town is also part of what we offer. Of course, relaxing days on the beach with swimming, beach volleyball or beach football are a must. Our easy language school also offers themed workshops such as photography, video-making and theatre. This is just a small glimpse of what Montpellier and our easy language camp have to offer.
You can, of course, also travel via one of the nearby airports or railway stations in Nîmes and Marseille. No matter where you arrive, we’d be happy to book a transfer for you.

Montpellier, the university city on the French Mediterranean coast, offers you a wonderful combination of a vibrant city life and a holiday and beach atmosphere.
Montpellier is one of the most beautiful university towns in France. You’ll simply feel right at home here. Right from our easy language camp, you can explore the wonderful, compact old town. There are lots of charming little cafés and ice-cream parlours. You’ve got to have an ice cream after class, haven’t you? There are plenty of spacious squares, parks of all sizes and lovely fountains everywhere. The River Lez flows through the city, and the sea lies just outside it! Wonderful!
The beaches are quite easy to reach by public transport. From a particular stop (which you can easily reach by tram, line 1), buses run to every conceivable beach. If a bus is full, the next one is called straight away. So everyone gets a seat. Please make sure you always have your ticket with you – travelling without a ticket is severely punished here! The beaches here are wonderfully wide and long. The water usually slopes gently, making ball games in the water twice as much fun. All kinds of water sports are, of course, also on offer. You’ll enjoy your easy language camp here in Montpellier to the full!

At our French summer camp in Montpellier, pupils can choose between staying with a friendly host family or in a comfortable student hall of residence. Every morning, camp participants take part in dynamic French lessons designed to improve their language skills, whilst the afternoons are filled with exciting social and cultural activities.

Our team visits the host families every year. Thanks to regular feedback from our participants, we’re able to offer you a high standard of quality. Your hosts will give you a warm welcome and make you feel part of their family life throughout your stay. You’ll stay in twin rooms, which you’ll share with others of a similar age who don’t speak the same native language as you. You’re sure to have a great time!

Our easy language camp in Montpellier offers you a packed programme with a varied and exciting mix of sport, museum visits, sightseeing, treasure hunts, discos, excursions and barbecues. Not to mention the trips to the wonderful sandy beaches!
This is the best way for you all to get to know your new surroundings – your new friends, the teachers and the leisure team. And all in French!
We’ve put together a few examples of possible activities for you:
